I believe the new BAR label states everything you need: timing, etc. It is basically a 1990 car now.

The Referee label over rules the 1979 emissions components.
That is why the referee label is there.
There should be a "check engine light" now.

Right outta the manual,  you do got a copy, right?  Take a picture of the label, just to be on the safe side!
The only thing about wearing a mask that bothers me is that the girls are a lot friendlier.

You should really open the smog manual book and read it again. This question is too basic to be asked.
