As long as you're within the state average you're good. Don't overthink nor ''artificially'' raise it like some techs do, you'll catch Bar's attention

 Intentional False fails: erasing monitors, disconnecting vacuum to egr valve in older cars so it can fail for nox. I worked in the hood back then though so shady activity was not surprising. The svfr in that area at the time was around 28%, and months later Bar came out to perform gas audits ( ois was not out yet). Bar isn't dumb!

i see what you mean now.
failing the cars for no reason and hassling the customers is not in my best interest I am test only.

The answer is some techs inflate there #s by failing cars, for bull crap reasons and then selling the repairs
